Becoming a SupplierWe welcome you as a potential supplier to Ultralife Corporation. This page contains the Annual Supplier Certification information and form. Please read all the applicable information thoroughly before applying for consideration as a prospective supplier. Ultralife, as a U.S. Government Contractor, is required to comply with certain laws and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) that require the collection and annual update of certifications from each of our suppliers and subcontractors. The initial step of this process is the completion of the certification in its entirety and submittal to Ultralife for review. In the event any of the initial information provided changes, it is the responsibility of the originator to notify Ultralife of these changes, as well as complete a new certificate. This certification has been designed to capture the essential information to determine the possibility of a good business fit. We appreciate your cooperation in following our process, A representative from Ultralife will contact you if a working relationship is determined, following the review of your submitted certification.
Current SuppliersWelcome to the Current Supplier section. This page contains the Annual Supplier Certification form. If there has been any change to your status from the initial completion of the certification, you are required to inform Ultralife in writing within fifteen (15) days of the change in status. The supplier certification is effective from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. At this time a new certification must be completed and signed by the supplier. The Annual Supplier Certification is to be filled out and submitted online, and signatures faxed to (315) 210-6101, attn: Manager of Small Business Subcontract Programs.Small Business ProgramThe primary objective of Ultralife's Small Business Program is to ensure that Small Businesses (SB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Businesses (HUBZoneSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Minority Institutions (MI), and Native American Small Business concerns have an equitable opportunity to compete for subcontracts.
